These are some of the most commonly asked questions about our ball photography service. If there is anything else you

How much space do you need? Our studios are 5m x 4m. This gives us enough space to photograph large groups
as well as couples. The studio lights are approx 2.5m high. We also need access to mains electricity.
Please allow some extra space for our printing equipment if you want prints producing onsite, and a small area for any queuing
that may occur.
Do you pay us commission? We offer a unique commission opportunity on major balls which often
generates four figure payments for your Union.
Can we pre-order photographs? Yes!! In fact this is one of the most popular options that we offer.
Simply let us know how many people are attending and we will give you a fixed price for that number of photos.
Are you insured? Yes, we carry £5m Public Liability Insurance plus all our equipment is PAT tested regularly.
Do you only photograph student events? Not at all. After graduation many of our customers have gone on
to work for a wide range of major institutions and companies, and so we now also count organisations ranging from the Army, BUPA,
and the Co-op right through to Zurich Insurance as clients of ours.
